Laurent Bakeries Production Facility
The multifaceted D&C project involved converted a 1960’s Cigarette Processing & Distribution Warehouse
into the largest, fully automated artisan bread production facility in the Southern Hemisphere.
The $52m complex project included construction of a 16m high, fully automated 2,500m2 storage freezer, automated production bakery with specialist international equipment, specialty cake kitchen, amenities, 2 sanitising station rooms, 1st floor offices, specialty plant room, Flour Silo’s, Flouring Cooling Plant Mezzanine and loading docks.
